Aveanna Healthcare in Bluffton, SC is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide high-acuity home nursing, including trach/vent care, on Wednesdays to Fridays 9:00am-4:00pm. The patient setting is Bluffton with pediatric focus.

Competenze

• Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (Aveanna assistance to obtain after hire if needed).

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
• Must have reliable transportation
