Job summary
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Albany, GA. The role supports high-acuity home care for adult patients, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend rotation.
The incumbent must hold an active LPN/LVN license in GA, have CPR certification, and meet TB testing requirements. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling are offered.
Qualifications
- Must have an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component); Aveanna can assist after hire
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Six months nursing experience preferred; GA requires 1 year
- Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide home healthcare nursing to patients in Albany area
- Collaborate with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
- Document care using the home-based tablet and Aveanna systems

- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
