Aveanna Healthcare in Savannah, GA is seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) for private duty homecare. This role serves adult patients with high-acuity needs, including feeding tubes and trachs, with evening shifts Monday and Tuesday 9:00pm–7:00am.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
• Must have reliable transportation
