Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for private-duty homecare in Richmond Hill, GA. The role supports pediatric patients, with high-acuity needs (trach/vent), and requires compassionate, in-home care.

Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, or PRN. We offer health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, training, and 24/7 local clinician support. You’ll document care with a home tablet and pursue career growth within Aveanna.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist after hire.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred; GA requires 1 year.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Work collaboratively with families and clinical teams to achieve outcomes.
• Document care and interventions using the tablet in patients' homes.
