Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the in-home nursing team in Independence, MO. You will mentor field staff, oversee client visits, and ensure high-quality home-based care.

The role requires active RN licensure and recent nursing practice, with supervisory or lead-care experience preferred. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required to travel to client sites; weekend or on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and graduation from an approved nursing program.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years.
• Supervisory and Home Health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for an experienced RN Supervisor to support our Advanced Personal Care clients and nursing team in the Independence area — mentoring nurses and bringing steady, supportive leadership to home-based care.

What You'll Do

• Complete initial and reassessment visits for clients
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate field nurses
• Provide training and ongoing education for nursing staff
• Ensure services meet company and state standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and support hiring/onboarding as needed

What You Need

• Active RN license and approved nursing program graduate
• At least 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
