Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Independence, MO seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our Advanced Personal Care nursing team in home-based services. You will mentor nurses, conduct initial and reassessment visits, and ensure care meets state and company standards, while promoting quality patient outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, supervisory or home health experience preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and nursing program graduate.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years.
• Supervisory and Home Health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical.
