EasyHealth in Washington state is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home health assessments across Southwest Washington (Clark, Cowlitz, Lewis). You will travel to patient homes, complete 6–9 assessments per day, review history, collect vitals, and document in the EMR.

Choose your hours (minimum 24 per week); no meds or prescriptions. Mileage is reimbursed, a company laptop is provided, and paid training helps you grow in a flexible, field-based role delivering value-based care.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold APRN and Certified Nurse Practitioner credentials.
• Registered with Medicare and/or Medicaid.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car.
• Able to work independently in the field.
