Responsibilities

• Bring your clinical expertise to in-home evaluations across members' residences.
• Perform comprehensive health assessments, med history reviews, exams and any ordered tests.
• Utilize iPad-based workflow; coordinate care and connect patients to necessary services.
• Possess strong communication to educate and answer health questions during visits.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed; conduct virtual visits when required.
