Job summary

The Helper Bees is seeking Independent Contracted Nurses for per diem home-based assessments. This is a 1099 contract role to provide cognitive and functional assessments directly in clients’ homes, using a portable computer or tablet with camera.

Assessments are submitted online within 24 hours, with reviews completed by the team within 48 hours. Compensation is $125 per assessment within a 35 mile radius.

Qualifications

• Quality assurance or chart audit/review experience.
• 5+ years as an RN with geriatric knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth cognitive and functional assessments in clients' homes.
• Complete structured assessments with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Observe and report current status of the individual objectively.
• Coordinate scheduling with the client or contact person.
• Submit an assessment within 24 hours via online application; respond to clarifications within 48 hours.
