Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Clinician (NP or PA) to provide in-home health evaluations for members.

Visits last about 45 minutes, include medical history review and physicals; travel locally and within licensed states; virtual visits possible.

Part-time, ~12 hours per week; hourly pay range $46.03–$99.14; benefits available; no prescribing required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA licenses in the Seattle/Pierce coverage area.
• Board certification required.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations using iPad and clinical workflow.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed.
• Perform virtual visits when required.
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated.
• Visit members for ~12 hours per week in a part-time role.
