Qualifications

• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome - no minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• No treatment plans; only clinical assessment and form submission.
• Travel to visits across multiple counties within your assigned region.
