Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking NPs to perform pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling, no on-call nights or weekends, and travel across multiple counties within your region.

Base pay is $80 per completed assessment with potential increases as you commit to more hours per month; travel perks and malpractice insurance are included. A 60 hours/month minimum is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome - no minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health assessments using pre-populated forms.
• Maintain minimum commitment of 60 hours per month.
• Travel across multiple counties within assigned region; broader coverage increases earning potential.
• No nights or weekends required.
• Short-term and long-term contracts available; travel and lodging support where eligible.
