Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking experienced Physical Therapy Assistants to deliver patient-centered care in clients' homes and communities. PRN positions are available, supported by an interdisciplinary team that designs integrated treatment plans.

Therapists work one-on-one with clients across the continuum—from neurological injuries to functional goals—using evidence-based approaches to achieve durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program is required; Bachelor's or MA preferred.
• Must be certified in the state of Georgia.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, practices, equipment use, OSHA and infection control.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizational, writing, and time management skills; strong communication with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, environmental safety needs.
• Deliver one-on-one, home-based rehabilitation services across Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas.
