Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities around Myrtle Beach, SC. This PRN position supports interdisciplinary teams applying integrated treatment plans and evidence-based approaches to improve functional outcomes.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting, state Georgia certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program required.
• Must be certified in the state of Georgia.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and practices, OSHA and infection control regulations.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related physical disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizational, writing, and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
• A valid driver's license is required.
