Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Round Rock, TX, with PRN availability. Therapy occurs in patients' homes and communities, addressing neuro and complex ortho diagnoses with integrated treatment plans.

Responsibilities include evaluating impairments, developing goals, and implementing evidence-based plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve durable outcomes in the home

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
