Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Lubbock, TX seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions available, enabling flexible scheduling while delivering comprehensive neurological rehab, ADLs, IADLs, and cognitive support.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with Texas licensure; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills.
• Strong communication with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, cognitive needs.
• Identify and address adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.
• Deliver care in patients' homes and communities; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
