Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Sugar Land, TX and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. Our teams treat patients in their homes and communities with an evidence-based approach aimed at durable outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function and ADLs/IADLs.
• Address cognitive needs and adaptive equipment in home and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to build individualized treatment plans.
