Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Sugar Land, TX, is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for part-time roles delivering patient-centered care in clients’ homes and communities. Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans for neurologic and complex ortho conditions, with emphasis on functional goals and durable outcomes.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, TX licensure, and strong planning, writing, and communication skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
