Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Occupational Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in Moncks Corner, SC and surrounding areas. PRN positions are available, with therapies delivered in patients' homes and communities by interdisciplinary teams.

The role involves evaluating impairments, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, and coordinating with families to ignite functional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Professional certification or Master's degree in OT preferred.
• Experience in treating neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs.
• Address visual and perceptual skills and cognitive needs; determine adaptive equipment needs.
• Deliver home-based therapy in patients' homes and communities; collaborate with families and care teams.
