Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in clients' homes and communities. PRN opportunities to support neurological rehabilitation across the area.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement functional plans, address ADLs/IADLs, and foster independence in daily living. State licensure is required; OT degree; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs.
• Adaptive equipment needs and assistive technology needs.
