Job summary

Faith Works Counseling is seeking compassionate Mental Health professionals to join our MST team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role focuses on intensive in-home treatment for up to 6 active clients, empowering families through counseling, case management, and advocacy in the home and community.

We provide MST-specific training and ongoing professional development to ensure fidelity to the model and strong clinical growth, with a supportive agency structure and autonomy similar to private

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling and NM licensure (LAC/LMHC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LAMFT/LMFT) required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology preferred; minimum 3 years’ related experience.
• Must reside in or relocate to Albuquerque, NM; fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly case planning and evaluations with supervision.
• Use MST principles to leverage family strengths and promote positive behavior.
• Receive ongoing MST training and professional development.
• Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Engage caregivers, families, and community staff in treatment.
