Evidence Based Associates in Gainesville, GA seeks an MST Clinician/Therapist to provide evidence-based mental health services to youth and families in their homes. You will carry a caseload and collaborate with a therapy team to implement pragmatic family therapies and CBT approaches.

The role emphasizes engagement, cultural sensitivity, and advocacy for youth and families, with supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s in social work (MSW) or related field preferred; required for site supervisor.
• Experience working with youth and families.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.
• Salary range for this educational level is commensurate with credentials held and experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload as assigned.
• Actively participate as part of a therapy team, including attending weekly team and individual supervision meetings.
• Assist families by actively referring them to appropriate services and supports, and with both clinical and concrete services.
• Make case progress notes as required.
• Participate in all training, supervision, and consultation activities.
