Faith Works Counseling in Albuquerque, NM seeks Mental Health professionals to join the Multisystemic Therapy team. You will deliver intensive in-home counseling and case management to up to six clients, empowering families and youth within home and community settings.

We provide initial MST training and ongoing professional development to ensure fidelity to the model, with supervision and on-call coverage as part of the role.

Formación

• Must hold Master’s degree in counseling or a related field and be licensed in NM (LAC/LMHC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LAMFT/LMFT).
• Ability to speak English and Spanish with strong rapport-building.
• Strong time management and empathetic, detail-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home MST services and counseling to families and youth.
• Coordinate with schools, probation, and child welfare for collaborative care.
• Lead case planning, supervise and engage caregivers and community staff.
• Balance caseload, documentation, and ongoing professional development.
