Job summary

Savio House in Denver, CO is seeking an MST-PSB Therapist to deliver Multisystemic Therapy for youth 12-17 in homes and communities. You’ll work with families, apply CBT and family therapies, and engage caregivers to create lasting change.

New grads are welcome. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly supervision, paid MST training, and licensure supervision to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• DORA registration to provide therapy (LPCC, MFTC, SWC).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small, intensive caseload of 5-6 families.
• Conduct therapy in the community and families’ homes.
• Utilize CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Behavior Modification, Structural and Strategic Family Therapies.
• Engage caregivers and key participants in active change-oriented treatment.
• Attend weekly group supervision and expert consultation.
