Job summary

IQVIA’s In-Home Clinical Solutions team seeks a Mobile Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to provide in-home diagnostic services across various U.S. locations. The role includes phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings with flexible, travel-based scheduling and no minimum monthly visits.

Training is provided for specific screenings. Per diem position with pay for appointment and travel time (2 hours minimum) and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• CMA or CPT certification preferred; WA/LA licenses may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel up to 100 miles.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling and transport according to policies.
• Comply with laboratory safety and handling procedures; ensure delivery to labs.
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screenings (training provided).
• Maintain clean, organized work environment and manage supplies storage.
• Monitor clinical supply inventory and authorize proper usage.
• Coordinate with IQVIA team to submit visit-related paperwork promptly.
• Report adverse events or inquiries per IQVIA and manufacturer guidance.
• Maintain mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance.
