Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience in a home care, facility, or healthcare setting.
• Hands-On Skills: Proven experience delivering personal care (ADLs) and executing safe physical transfers.
• Memory Care Background: Direct experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• Driver Requirements: Valid Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Professional Traits: High level of patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and an uncompromising commitment to safety.
• Compliance: Ability to pass required background checks and complete mandatory company training modules.

Responsibilities

• Memory Care & Specialized Support: Provide dedicated, safe care for clients living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia and promote a calm, structured environment.
• Household & Daily Support: Prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding, and perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Documentation & Safety: Observe, document, and report changes to the care management team and follow Plan of Care and safety protocols.
