Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients in Granbury, Weatherford, and nearby communities.

As an in-home caregiver you will assist with daily living, provide companionship, prepare meals, help with light housekeeping, and transport clients to appointments, all while following individual care plans and maintaining a safe home environment. Paid orientation and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience; one year preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Ability to safely meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate caregiving approach.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Providing companionship and social interaction.
• Preparing meals and providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and other tasks.
• Providing transportation to appointments or running errands.
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition or needs.
• Following the client's individualized care plan.
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
