Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Measure Technician (In-Home Advisor) to operate in a traveling field role, supporting the Field Services Organization. You will perform in-home measure appointments, build and maintain customer relationships, assist with sales inquiries, take measurements, and coordinate installations within a defined service area using company devices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• 60% Appointment Measures: Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments as efficiently and accurately as possible.
• 4% Collaboration: Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete all other work activities as assigned.
• 1% Compliance: Follow all policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedule.
• 35% Customer Service: Ask customers open ended questions and listen to responses about their projects and product needs; describe features and benefits and guide them through services.
