Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Measure Technician (In-Home Advisor) to work in a traveling field role within the Field Services Organization. You will perform in-home measure appointments, build customer relationships, and support sales and installations in a defined geographic area using company devices.

You will travel to customer sites, provide accurate measurements and quotes, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional interactions and knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

Responsibilities

• 50–60%: Complete in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately.
• 4%: Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete other activities.
• 1%: Follow all policies and adhere to the work schedule.
• 35%: Provide high-quality customer service, discuss features and benefits, and review/present quotes.
