Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Measure Technician (In-Home Advisor) to work in a traveling field role within the Field Services Organization. You will perform in-home measure appointments, build and maintain customer relationships, and coordinate installations while providing quality customer service and accurate measurements.

You will support sales inquiries and product questions, describe features and benefits, and present quotes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1+ years of previous related work experience.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 60% Appointment Measures - Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments as efficiently and accurately as possible.
• 4% Collaboration - Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete all other work activities as assigned.
• 1% Compliance - Follow all policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedule.
• 35% Customer Service - Ask customers open ended questions and listen to responses about their projects and product needs.
