Job summary

Advocate Health in Chicago is seeking a licensed clinician to deliver in-home cognitive behavioral therapy for mothers, including 15 weekly sessions and follow-up booster. You will conduct standardized interviews, perform assessments, and maintain meticulous documentation.

Required are IL LCPC/LPC or LCSW/LSW licensures and a Master’s in counseling or social work, with 3+ years’ maternal depression experience. Home visiting and bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or social work.
• Current licensure with Illinois boards (LCPC/LPC or LCSW/LSW).
• 3+ years’ experience with maternal depression and/or cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Home-visiting experience preferred and bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and clinical interview.
• Provide IH-CBT to mothers for 15 weekly sessions with a booster session after treatment.
• Weekly data entry, clinical notes, screenings, audio sessions and fidelity checklists.
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care for mothers and children.
