GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile trainers delivering personalized fitness sessions to clients at homes, offices, and community spaces. You will oversee assessments, design sessions, and ensure high-quality results.

You’ll play a key role in driving client success, contributing to local marketing, and advancing within a flexible, performance-driven environment. CPR/AED certified trainers with 3+ years of leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
