Varco Home Health in Texas is seeking a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care in the Lubbock area. You’ll assess, treat, and educate patients, working under an RN Case Manager to adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN license required.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.
Responsabilités
- Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
- Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with the care team.
