Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN LVN to provide skilled in-home nursing visits for patients in the Lubbock area. You will work on a flexible schedule and deliver care in patients’ homes, focusing on independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include vital signs, medication administration, wound and catheter care, and education for patients and caregivers. You will document accurately and coordinate with the RN Case Manager and care team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
