Renewal by Andersen of Charleston - Hilton Head is seeking a results-driven Project Consultant to meet with homeowners, deliver in-home presentations, and close sales of premium replacement windows and doors.

You’ll work with warm leads, receive paid training, and enjoy a generous commission structure with the potential to earn six figures. A training-focused environment, strong product samples, and ongoing coaching support your success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods or premium services.
• Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners (appointments provided – no cold calling).
• Deliver engaging, consultative in-home presentations.
• Close sales using a proven one-call close approach.
• Average annual earnings of over $150k with uncapped earning potential.
• Use tools, training and sales methodology to connect with customers and offer replacement services.
• Leverage industry-leading product samples, support and technology to close sales.
• Commit to delivering a premier customer service experience from start to finish.
