Bath Experts, the #5 Top Workplace Award Winner in Indianapolis, is hiring dynamic In-Home Sales Representatives to join our thriving team. This role offers unlimited earning potential, pre-scheduled appointments, and exclusive Jacuzzi product offerings as you help homeowners remodel baths.

You will conduct personalized in-home consultations, demonstrate products, assist with financing, and collaborate with sales ops and install crews to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience
• Excel at one-call close sales
• Available for evening and weekend appointments
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Can comfortably lift/move items (sample bags) up to 25 lbs
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations, providing tailored bath remodeling solutions
• Engage customers through product demonstrations, following our proven sales approach
• Complete paperwork accurately and assist customers with financing options
• Collaborate with sales operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training (virtual and in-person)
