Qualifications
- At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
- Proven ability to close sales in one call.
- Available for evening and weekend appointments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Able to lift/move items up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Driven, competitive, and motivated to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized in-home consultations, providing tailored bath remodeling solutions.
- Engage customers through product demonstrations, following our proven sales approach.
- Complete paperwork accurately and assist customers with financing options.
- Collaborate with sales operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training (virtual and in-person).
