Maxim Healthcare in Wilmington, NC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in the Wilmington, NC area. You will provide skilled nursing care following prescribed orders and use the nursing process to assess and evaluate patient conditions.

Requirements include an LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, current TB or Chest X‑Ray, current BLS, and at least one year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
