Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in the state of Washington.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified client needs.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability or financial condition of the client.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality clinical services within the scope of practice.
• Documents patient visits thoroughly and completely in the electronic medical record.
