Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient visits and monitor conditions; write reports for the physician.
• Address caregivers' concerns and adjust the in-home management plan.
• Test for muscle weakness, bedsores, and signs of infection.
• Listen to family concerns and answer questions.
• Educate caregivers and family on aftercare and ongoing care.
• Provide recommendations for improved healthcare to physicians and family.
• Monitor patient recovery and compile reports for the physician.
