Easterseals Southern California, Inc. supports individuals at home by planning and conducting daily activities that build living skills and community integration, as outlined in ISP/IPP goals. The role aims to foster independence and everyday functioning in participants.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPI/PART/MAB training, CPR and First Aid certification, 1–2 years of relevant experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel locally, and pass background checks.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPI/PART or MAB training; CPI ongoing as required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• 1–2 years of experience with behavior management programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and conducts daily activities at the participant's home to build living skills.
• Maintains ISP/IPP documentation and participant evaluations.
• Assists with meals, chores, transportation, and personal care as needed.
• Attends ISP/IPP meetings and supports service plan implementation.
