Job summary

Kitchen Magic, Inc. is seeking an in-home sales representative to meet pre-qualified homeowners and guide them from design inspiration to signed agreements in a single visit.

You will start from home, travel to appointments within your territory, and attend bi-monthly in-office meetings in Nazareth, PA. The role offers a first-year earning potential of $100K–$250K+ with a base starting at $40k, plus uncapped commissions and full benefits.

Qualifications

• In-home or consultative sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to travel within a one hour radius; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes for scheduled appointments — no cold calling.
• Deliver engaging, informative sales presentations that highlight our products, value, and design options.
• Creating custom kitchen and bath solutions that meet each client’s style and budget.
• Following up with customers as needed and managing your pipeline.
