Job summary

Kitchen Magic, Inc. is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet pre-qualified homeowners and present our kitchen and bath solutions. You’ll travel to appointments within your territory and join in-office meetings in Nazareth, PA bi-monthly.

You’ll be trained on our products and sales approach, guiding customers from design inspiration to signed agreement in one visit. A strong communicator with active listening will excel and enjoy uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and earnings-driven individuals who thrive on hitting sales targets and exceeding goals.
• Previous in-home or consultative sales experience is a plus — but not required
• Great communication and active listening skills
• Able to travel to appointments within a one hour radius (must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation)
• Saturday and weekday evening availability
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes for scheduled appointments — no cold calling
• Delivering engaging, informative sales presentations that highlight our products, value, and design options
• Creating custom kitchen and bath solutions that meet each client’s style and budget
• Following up with customers as needed and managing your pipeline
