Job summary

Monarch Kitchens is seeking a Kitchen Design Consultant to guide residential customers through a detailed design experience, resulting in in-house semi-custom or fully custom kitchen remodels. You will meet clients in their homes, educate them about services, create layouts and renderings, and support them through the remodeling journey.

Warm leads are provided. Proficiency in CAD and 2020 Design, plus strong communication and sales skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
• Proficiency in math and geometry for design measurements and layouts.
• Detail-orientation and accuracy in creating layouts and contracts.
• Willingness to follow a proven sales system and learn kitchen design.
• Prior in-home selling experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients in their homes for education and selling kitchen remodels.
• Measure spaces and propose optimal kitchen layouts.
• Create CAD drawings and 3D renderings for client visualization.
• Sell remodeling projects and prepare contracts with detailed scopes of work.
• Maintain client communication throughout the remodeling process to ensure satisfaction.
• Close sales at 35% or higher monthly.
