Monarch Kitchens is seeking a Kitchen Design Consultant to guide residential customers through a detailed design experience, creating CAD drawings and 3D renderings, and presenting in-home kitchen remodel options.

Warm leads are provided by Monarch Kitchens. This role hires to meet with customers in homes, educate them about services, and close remodel projects with uncapped commissions. Full-time position with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a 50-state criminal background check and random drug screening.
• 2+ years of in-home selling experience recommended.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in math and geometry.
• Strong communication skills for clear customer interactions.
• Willingness to follow a proven sales system.
• Willingness to learn about construction and kitchen design.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients in homes at scheduled appointments to educate them about the company, services, and reputation.
• Measure spaces and suggest design layouts based on customer wants and needs for their kitchen.
• Create CAD drawings and 3D renderings using provided tools for visualization.
• Sell kitchen remodel projects and create contracts with a detailed scope of work.
• Communicate with customers throughout the remodeling process to provide a five-star experience.
• Consistently close sales at 35% or higher each month.
