Monarch Kitchens is seeking a Kitchen Design Consultant to guide residential customers through a detailed design experience, leading to purchases of in-house semi-custom or fully custom kitchens. Warm leads supplied, you will educate clients, create layouts, and drive design renderings to close remodel projects.

You will meet clients at their homes, craft CAD drawings and 3D renderings, and manage the sales cycle to deliver a five-star experience while working evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling kitchen remodels or home improvement projects.
• In-home sales experience and ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with CAD and 2020 Design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes at scheduled appointments to discuss services.
• Measure spaces, propose layouts, and create design renderings.
• Sell remodel projects and prepare contracts with detailed scopes of work.
• Maintain communication with clients for a five-star remodeling experience.
• Close sales at or above a 35% monthly target.
