Job summary

A&G Infusion Nursing Services Inc is seeking an experienced IVIG Infusion RN to provide high-quality in-home infusion therapy. The RN will deliver safe, patient-centered care for chronic conditions requiring IVIG and other specialty infusions.

You will administer IVIG and other meds at patients' homes, manage IVs and central lines, perform blood draws, educate patients, and coordinate with the care team to ensure tailored care plans. A valid CA RN license and drivingRequired.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of infusion therapy experience, including IVIG.
• Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and central line management.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other medications in patients’ homes.
• Insert and manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, port-a-caths, and other central lines.
• Perform blood draws and monitor patient response during infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on self-administration and infusion safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and follow care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing interventions and patient progress.
