Job summary

A&G Infusion Nursing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced IVIG Infusion RN to provide in-home infusion therapy. You will deliver safe, patient-centered care for individuals with chronic conditions requiring IVIG and other specialty infusions.

Join a compassionate team, administer IVIG and related medications, insert and manage IVs and lines, educate patients, and document care plans and outcomes in a timely manner. Valid CA RN license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• CA RN license required and active.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy experience including IVIG.
• Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and central line management.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other specialty medications in patients’ homes.
• Insert and manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, port-a-caths, and other central lines.
• Perform blood draws and monitor patient response during infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on self-administration, medication management, and infusion safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions and patient progress.
