Job summary

Qualifications

Active CA RN license.
Minimum 1 year infusion therapy experience including IVIG.
Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and central line management.
Ability to administer IVIG and other specialty infusions.
Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other specialty medications in patients’ homes.
Insert and manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, port-a-caths, and other central lines.
Monitor patient response and safety during infusion therapy.
Perform blood draws as needed.
Provide patient education on self-administration and infusion safety.
Document nursing interventions and patient progress.
