Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Springfield, PA is seeking an Interior Designer to transform client needs into beautiful, functional spaces using premium furniture, fabrics, and decor. You will partner with Sales Associates, conduct in-home consultations, and deliver tailored design recommendations that elevate the design culture of the store.

After training, expect uncapped commission potential with a base salary and bonuses, in addition to a strong benefits package and ongoing professional

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2–3 years in sales or interior design with a residential emphasis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD programs.

Responsibilities

Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program to draft design solutions.
Present customized portfolio presentations to achieve design sales goals.
Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs.
Partner with Store and Sales Managers to coach and train sales teams.
Create design concepts with finish selections and translate lifestyle into recommendations.
Ensure proper execution of systems and procedures and support promotions.
